TSR Cell Monitor for Chemical Totes

The non-contact radar level sensor is fully integrated into the battery-powered device, which can be installed in C1D1 hazardous area locations where network power and connectivity infrastructure are not available.

The monitor uses a cellular network for connectivity, has a durable weatherproof enclosure, and is powered by a long-life, replaceable battery with an estimated 5-year battery life.

The TSRT880 monitors are ideally suited for remote chemical tanks or totes that are located indoors or outdoors. The monitors read 4 times per day and report once per day. A manual and immediate report can be triggered by passing a magnet across the hot spot on the device. The monitor mounts to the tank in a 2” threaded port or externally on a plastic tank with an included adhesive flange mount. For plastic tank applications, no hole is required, as the radar signal will pass through the plastic top of the tank and read the liquid level.
