EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (July 15th, 2024) – ATEK Access Technologies today announced it has completed the spin-off of the TankScan product line to a standalone business.
“TankScan is a fast-growing hardware and software solutions business unique from our other two product lines and is better positioned as a separate business to enable focused growth and leadership,” said Mark Osmanski, President, ATEK Access Technologies. Tankscan is now owned by a new company, ITEK, LLC which is solely owned and operated by Craig Truempi, former IIoT Business Leader at ATEK.
