Intended for tanks 240” (20’) and taller, the TSM8000T Series uses a manual float to boost signal strength as required for taller tanks. Like the TSM8000 Series, the TSM8000T Series uses industry-leading micro-impulse radar (MIR) technology to provide tank level measurements accurate to +/- 0.5% of probe length for above ground liquid storage tanks. Its housing uses a weatherproof, non-corrosive construction which has achieved an Intrinsic Safety Class 1, Division 1 rating, making it suitable for a number of applications with flammable fuels. With integrated 1 1⁄2“ NPT and 2” NPT external threads, the TSM8000T Series can be easily mounted on most above ground storage tanks without any additional hardware. The TSM8000T Series of monitors include embedded Zigbee radios for wireless communication up to 1000 ft at 2.4 GHz and are compatible with all gateways models offered by ATEK.
