• I will discuss how we expanded our customer service model and created a foundation for growth to new offerings and a preventative service model leveraging IoT technology. I will share our experiences in working with Etherios who helps us to integrate machine data directly into our CRM platform.

Learn How to Build Your Internet of Customers Business Case: Wednesday, Oct. 15, 9:00-9:40 a.m. in Century Theaters - Theater 4.

• The Internet of Things is everywhere. From jet engines to trash cans, companies are realizing the value of the information that these devices are providing. Gathering this information requires collecting and presenting ever-growing stores of data, and Heroku offers the ideal platform to build these solutions. I will participate in an Etherios’ presentation on how to build scalable solutions for Internet of Customers applications using Heroku.
