EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (May 30, 2022) – ATEK Access Technologies today announced it is now offering satellite communications with a TSG 4-20mA sensor to satellite gateway. The TankScan brand continues to expand as an all-in-one Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platform going beyond traditional tank level monitoring, and now offering satellite communications with third party sensor solutions, as well as, allowing clients to supply their own sensors.

Using cloud-based software the measurement data is available on any browser, side by side with your traditional cellular or Wi-Fi connected tank level data with no software or app to install, just login from your mobile phone or computer and the measurement data is there. The flexibility to add additional connectivity types like satellite is a great addition to the already very capable line-up. Now clients with remote tanks can also monitor their “extremely” remote tanks and/or any asset type with the 4-20mA sensor input.
